This is what it does every time on cold starts, on hot starts its fine, I have a big cam in there but I wouldn't assume it would be doing this?
Also another question I have is when I switch into 2nd or 3rd gear it seems to misfire BADLY I don't know if that's the opti or ignition coil going bad?? Also I just changed the plugs 6 months ago along with fuel filter and IAC valve
any help is appreciated, I just want to get it running like new again

it could be a bad opti or ignition coil, but i would get it scanned for codes 1st and go from there. specially since you are getting a service engine soon.
also you might need a tune with a cam, but get it scanned for codes before you start to throw money at it.
