Hp? Ok so I have added every bolt on I can think of and I've done some research on all the additions and was wondering if these HP gains are accurate.
HP stock = 285hp
Hypertech tune +10hp
K&N CAI +18hp
BBK 58mm TB +7-12hp
BBK UDP +8-15hp
TSP 1 3/4 LTH +20-25hp
Borla CBE +15-40hp
So if the websites I got my info from are right then I should see an increase in my hp from 285hp to anywhere between 363hp to 405hp?

lol. your numbers are way off. you'll maybe be at around 320ish. 58mm probably hurts you, and tune/UDP wont do that much.
no cat back is going to add 40hp. and headers add more than a catback.

Yeah you're nowhere near those numbers at the wheels. My guess is 280ish with an auto and 290ish if you're a 6-speed. For example, my tuned, bolt on car put down 294/324 to the wheels on a dynojet.
From your list of mods, this is more realistic gains, remember, companies inflate ACTUAL gains to sell the product.
Hypertech tune +10hp They do nothing, and I speak from experience, they are fine for adjusting the speedometer for gear changes, otherwise no.
K&N CAI +18hp MAYBE 5 HP if you're lucky
BBK 58mm TB +7-12hp Not doing you any good, the stock TB can support more than you think, I bet you didn't gain anything.
BBK UDP +8-15hp Another gimmick, i've never seen a single noteworthy gain from an UDP.

Thank u to those that weren't being asshats, I posted this because I am not car knowledgeable and don't have the time to get car knowledgeable as a truck driver who is always on the road 60hrs to 70hrs every week. So I rely on feedback from people who do know about things. lt1-xjs I would love to find a dyno and have a proper tune done but I can't seem to find anyone that will do one for a 97 LT1, the one guy in Oklahoma that I did find that would put it on the dyno said he would only do it if I had major mods like a cam or had work done to the engine but since I only have bolt ons and no major mods he suggested doing a mail order tune. 93M6Formula where at in Nebraska did u get ur car on a dyno at?

I agree mail order tune. Cheap and affective for your mods.
X2 on the TB. I'd say go back to the stocker and sell the 58mm to someome who could use it. FYI, I'm on the stock intake and TB and put down 414rwhp/391rwtq through a slipping clutch on a Mustang Dyno SAE corrected. I do need a 52mm TB, but the 58mm is probably still too big for me.

Years ago my car with KN CAI, MAC mids and full exhaust made 290/327 without a tune. My tuner at the time stated that it might have done right around an even 300 with a tune. Never found out because I cammed it soon thereafter.

Id say your probably making 290 at the wheels. Don't let some people be dicks too you lol, my dad always told me power isn't everything. Any car can go fast if you have it setup right, the mods you did are all fine minus the UDP, I'd loose that if I were you. The CAI favors with the headers and vice versa, more air in is more air out. Think of it this way, some people have these monster cars built with insane turbos, Nitrous etc... But couldn't drive the thing in a straight line cause they can't put it to the ground! If you really wanna make good ET at the dragstrip, I'd suggest investing in a quality torque converter and some nice drag radials. As well as get a mail order tune, I highly recommend PCM for less.
You can't take all the parts and the advertised increased added together to get a horsepower number. You aren't going to make 400 hp without a built motor plus all the bolt on's you are listing. The advertised increases are best case on a motor that has all the beans put to it already, not a stock motor. Don't get your feelings hurt by putting it on a dyno. Horsepower costs money. I wish I had mine back honestly. I'm a lot tighter with my spending these days.

Get a 160 degree tjermostat and get a mail order tune. You mentioned Oaklahoma. If Ed Wright he is about the best IMHO. He no longer has his dyno, sold his shop, but he does mail order and for your mods that will be fine
the 10 degree thermostat allows programing for lower fan temps and them more timing can be tuned in. You can get a mail order tune for a stock 185 stat if you want. It will just make less power
The Tune with headers, full exhaust & CAI will easily get you 30+ HP to the wheels from what you have now...maybe more.
