Well, weird bad news. My car is a 95, with a vented opti, but the top gear on the timing chain set according to that website is a non vented one? What? Was this replaced incorrectly by previous owner? Part # on top timing chain gear is "GM 10206039 PPM"

If the top gear was for a non-vented there would be splines to drive the non-vented opti, and your vented opti would not fit through the gear.

Sorry for the LT1 Newbness. I will update later with pics to see if the cloyes timing set will work.
