Back in a Lt1
Back in a Lt1 Well, I cant remember my last post in this part of LS1tech, I normally hang out in the lounge now lol.
So befor I left I had a 94 Trans am with a unneeded monster cam that ran like a beast for about 2 days then garbage for about 2 months lol. Got rid of it atleast 2 years ago?
Ended up with a 1992 3000gt vr4 with 33k miles on it, did some stuff to it and it never ran right. Got a 1992 dodge stealth RT/TT with 13g turbos, that car was awesome but it had a 6 puck clutch that drove me nuts. Befor all those I had a 1994 Z28 6 speed as well.
Anyways I picked up a 1995 Corvette 6 speed on saturday. White, 82k miles on it, 1 owner and no accident history according to car fax. I love it, I feel like im driving a car thats awesome lol. I barely fit in it since im 6'3 but im making it work. Car is 100% stock apart from some silver 17x9.5(? not 11) zr1 wheels.
It needs some cosmetic work, and im getting a creaking noise thats becoming louder from the rear of the car when starting from a stop. I guess ill get to research that. She did 28mpg on the 230 mile drive home though.
My only real plans for the car are to get some black Zr1 wheels, maybe open the exhaust up with headers and mufflers, I beleive they have 2 3/4 dual exhaust factory? And then a Lt4 hotcam 1.6RR and supporting valve train.

Nice car man. I have the lt4 hotcam with the1.6rr's, 7.2in hardened pushrods that I just pulled out of my car. $185 shipped for everything and it's all yours. Pm if you want it. I can send you pictures as well
First fix after a down pour today....cleared out the cowl/fresh air drain tubes. Pulled out of work and a waterfall came out of the passenger foot well. I investigated and found 3 clogged drain tubes. Now I need door switches, and rear sway bar end links I think
