Canton makes a very nice piece that goes in place of the oil filter. It rotates to point in any direction to best route the hoses around them hot headers.

I believe it's this one but confirm the filter thread size on your own.

And the remote filter mount should be for the original larger filter size for a PF25/35. Bigger filters = better flow.

Default oil filter relocation kit

If you don't like that one, I believe any sbc one should work

Do I need to make my own oil lines?

There are kits available with everything needed, but you'll find none of them will be exactly perfect for your needs.

T&D makes a lot of kits. Make sure the hose is at least 1/2 inch and the cooler is the stacked plate type, not tubes in fins.

I would, use quality braided SS, spewing hot oil on headers will make for a nice quick BBQ of engine and car.

I deleted the oil cooler adapter. So -8 AN SS would work? What else do I need to work with the canton setup?

I see that in post #5 I mentioned a plate cooler. Sorry, you never mentioned a cooler, just a oil filter relocation kit.

If you were to add to your oil filter relocation kit an oil cooler (which would be easy once you have lines coming off the engine) make sure it's the better design of cooler with stacked plates.
