I would assume it's turbo related as well considering you have trouble making it do it while the car is parked, no load on the turbo. Maybe bearings are worn.

Any chance with load the motor flexes to one side just enough that something touches something else? Does it do it while power braking just a little? Or power braking in reverse?

Solid motor mounts, if theres one thing this motor does, its not move.

Did you grease these solid motor mounts? How about taking a ratchet strap across the motor and strap it to a fender tightly and see if anything changes? Or take your hood off and have a buddy lay in the engine bay as you drive so he can listen closer? Is it coming from the dash? Perhaps the POS plastic is loose. Remove dash, remove insulation, retest. At least then if its from the engine it will be louder. Put cotton in the exhaust to quiet it down so you can hear better.

Negative on greasing em, but its a metal to metal contact so I would assume more of a rattle than a higher pitched noise. But, I have rachet straps and I can rig like the best of em.

I am gonna go to a car meet this weekend then maybe yank the crossover to turbo off and see if it is related to turbo. Can't wait to hear what a 9.5 scr, 22X/22X cammed motor sounds NA

I'll offer you the "cracked flex plate" possibility.

I wouldn't worry about it until the noise gets louder or just suddenly stops.
