Single or twin? Pump gas or e85? Boosted? Meth or alky added?

I was suggested to run a 340 at an estimated ~625 NA, even though my 255 had the upgraded hotwire kit.

No point cheaping out on the fuel pump on the type of build you are talking. You'd already be over 10k into the motor anyway .

I would not risk it. I think ~600chp is about the max I would be willing to go with a 255 340 pump. I would do a Weldon with some -10an feed lines with a sump and be done with it. If you were going to drive it on the street a a lot I would suggestion the double intank setup as those weldons are loud and can heat up under continuous duty without lower the voltage.

Pretty sure the answer is "no".

Maybe you could try dual 255's? Think a guy on the Impala SS Forum went that route.....

The answer you are looking for is "yes". The correct answer is "no".

A single 255 lph pump would "safely" support 450-500 at the tires. Adding just a second pump will increase that to over 1,000 at the tires. Or there are larger single pumps that will support 700 HP.

Walrbo 450lph isn't much bigger and should handle gas NA power you want.

What size injectors?

Some say that a single 255 will feed a NA motor up too 600rwhp

I run 60# injectors.
Will the Walbro 450 fit in the LT1 bucket?

Of course not, not with this build. I'm already at the least 10K
