Default Stainless Ebay Headers

Planning on having my Stainless Ebay headers installed on my 95Z but was wondering if I can still use K&N type oil filter or would I have to use a stock type of filter??

Default oil filter

I did use the taller truck filter but after my obx stainless ebay headers and 7 qt oil pan the stock filter is tight but it does work.

From what I have seen most all of the eBay stainless headers force you to use a short oil filter.

Who actually made these headers and ypipe because they fit like crap. We had to BFH the passenger side header to make it fit over the ac line and the drivers side header tucks so close to the floor board that the ypipe would bearly fit onto the header. We had to heat it up that spot of the ypipe and BFH it to fit around the floor board support underneath the brivers seat. The end of the ypipe is 3 inches and so is my Magnaflow! They would not connect! We are having the ypipe end exspanded to slip over the Magnaflow pipe. I look will not recommend anyone buying these!! Should have got the Kooks brand!! The up side to this is they look cool in the engine compartment with the rest of the bling.

Phab stainless LT1 headers on ebay. They also make a true dual catback system for LT1 cars also. I love the headers so far but what a pain to install them! I think the Kooks brand would have been a little easier to work with. Is there anyone using the Kooks brand on there LT1 car on this website??

You are surprised that ebay stainless headers don't fit like a glove...jesus. Buy cheap ****, get cheap ****.

I thought Pacesetter were cheap, but at least they fit fine.

Well at least I will not have to worry about getting a another set for a very long time. No part really ever fits right when you modify your ride. There is always something that is not going to fit correctly.

Just be careful with the eBay headers and verify the primary and collector sizes. A lot of them are 1.5" primaries.
