Opti or Fuel Pump
Go to www.shbox.com to learn more. The AIR pump is located below the coil on the drivers side. Lots of plumbing that goes from the rubber elbow/bellows, into the AIR pump and out to the exhaust manifolds. It aides in heating up the catalytic converters during cold starts. It starts up once the key is in the "on" position before starting the engine. Once the engine warms up the pump will turn off.

well then yea i have one and i guess thats what whines for 1-2 seconds once the keys turned.
ive learned where everything is in there from shoebox, i dont know how i overlooked that honestly.
