96 camaro with full bolt ons, CC503, 11 to 1 compression. Fuel tested out to be 80-81% ethanol. Installed a new set of TR6 plugs. Have about 130 miles on them. Pulled a couple of them out to check.

I wish I could help with this but maybe this will help me as well because I plan to convert to E85. Who did you base tune and what injectors are you running?

42lbs racetronix injectors. PCM4LESS did the tune.
For one, it looks like a little too much timing, but I cant see the mark clearly .
Thanks for the response. I agree the mark is hard to read clearly. While some of the straps look a solid white others look like the have a little color change on the bends, but also look flaky. I might need to put more miles on them to get a clearer reading of the timing/air fuel ratio. I had planned on installing air fuel ratio gauge at some point in the near future, but i might do it a little sooner now.
What kind of timing are you running? Display a table from HP Tuners, or attach the tune. I run E85 (70%) on my LT1 and there's zero spark retard according to VCM Scanner. The plugs look nice and clean. E85 does that.
I recently did that and I'm happy that I did. You'll be surprised by what a wide band shows you.
What fuel pump and injectors are you running? Would love to go E85 but the math is telling me I need more than 42 lb injectors & 255 pump with this 232/240 cam.

oh I haven’t gone E85 yet, I was referring to the wide band. I will be going E85 though but I think with at least a 60# injector because I plan to soar also.

That's what I came up with as well, #60. I regret not doing the trap door mod when I put a new fuel tank in.
On my old LS2-402 I had 70lb. fuel injectors. It made 554 tire horsepower on 93-octane, but I never got it dynoed on E85. E85 is generally good for around 30-hoursepower at the tire.

My CR is 11.6:1 NA. I doubt I'm gaining anything. Forced induction on the other hand, most definitely.

Im still running the stock computer and i dont have HP Tuners. So im not able to date log anything. Plan on 24x conversion next year.
I converted to e85 on the stock ecu in 2007. I now run it on a 411 24x and have never been motivated enough to change to a flex fuel sensor.
Its really hard to tell where its at without a wide band. But on an ngk plug I usually go by the flat that is the bottom of the threads.
If your able to wipe the carbon off and that area is still like new its way to rich. If its burnt all the zinc off and it's more raw metal its way too lean. A good AFR usually discolors the zinc to a dull finish in a ngk.
This is how I read my nitrous plugs and how nitrous outlet and I were been successful running it a decade ago. Something may have changed since then, but it's what's worked well for me.
OP, out of curiosity what was your motivation to run E? A bunch of people seem to be doing it recently just because it's the popular thing now a days. I also ask because nothing about your modifications screams you need E. So I am just curious.

When i did the conversion the only fuel available was 87 octane or ethanol blends. My heads have been milled and running .39 head gasket.
My 12.7:1 static 10.3:1 dynamic compression 383 with a 244/254 .638/.630 cam and comp ported 210 AFR’s, was out of fuel by ~5800rpm with 44lb injectors. This was on ~E70. Now I’m running 63lb Siemens and am around 85% duty cycle. This is with a walbro 255 and Racetronix rewire kit. A genuine 255 will go a long way. Remember our fuel systems are return style from the factory. LT1 fuel system moves more volume out of of the box with a 255 compared to a LS1 fuel system in a f body. Always check your fuel filter after switching to E85 after a few tanks. I checked mine after about 2-3k miles of running E. Had a hard time blowing air through it. Glad nothing was hurt are effected.
Ethanol will flush any build up in your fuel system out and get caught by your fuel filter.
