Default LT1 nitrous gurus come in!

I own an Ls1 and I just got an 94 Z with The LT1! Point being I want throw some quick power on the LT1 and didn' t want to spend alot, so N2O but I know LT1s have issues with the old opti. So one a basically stock LT1 85000 miles how do they handle a good 100 shotter!!

dont worry you can even hit a 125 with that...

100 just to be safe...

I just put on a two stage with one 75 shot on the first stage and 100 for the second stage! you should be fine with that man!

i had been toying with the idea of adding a 100 shot to my setup. im glad i read this, cause i know what the 'extra' part of my next paychek will be invested in..

the main thing about doing nitrous on an LT1 is to have an MSD box and coil for anything overa 100 shot.
This helps keep the mixture burning properly, and keeps you from blowing out the spark.

Exactly...that and a window switch...cuz if something goes wrong you don't want to still be on the spray. Good Luck!

setup properly, LT1's can handle 150wet all day long with no problems

get a set of tr6 plugs gapped at .35 or .40 if you have a msd or other ignition and a bigger fuel pump and you can run a 150 wet shot all day. i didnt put a kit on my car until 90,000 miles and i just threw a 150 shot nx kit on it and never had any problems. it was leaning out bad so i went back down to the 100 shot thats why i said get a fuel pump. other than that have fun
