Default Flywheel conversion for Ls to use Lt1 t56 transmission

I am working on a flywheel conversion to allow us to use our 93 to 98 t56 transmission. Using 153 tooth flywheel. Also a conversion starter as well. Want to put a Ls in your camaro?

What problem are you solving?

You can already update an LT1 T56 to work with an LS1

This flywheel conversion doesn't require modification to t56 transmission.

Would be interested. Would you retain LT clutch function and hydraulics as well or have to switch to LS type?

Interesting.
Ive had much better luck with the hydraulics in my LT1 car than my LS1 car.

Jonathan Atkins mentioned to me that he preferred the feel of the LT1 clutch to the LS1. That said, I don't think there is a pull setup for the LS1 yet....at least I have not seen one.

I've had the clutch slave cylinder go bad on me one time. I thought it was the throwout bearing giving up until I removed the slave cylinder when going to pull the trans and fluid went everywhere as the dust boot was full of clutch fluid.

Modified lt1 flywheel with neutral balance. With modified high torque starter. Will offer stock flywheel or can send your flywheel to be modified.

Finally an option for us lt1 t56 guys wanting to put an ls in our older camaro.

Nice to see. Assume this also addresses the input shaft length issue?
It was the tranny changes and the steering system issues that kept me from changing to a LS in my 97.

Yes. Because we are using a spacer between flywheel and crankshaft.
