Default 1996 firebird ! Random tube and don’t know where it connects to

It’s the one with the green rag on it ! Don’t know where it connects to but it leaks like a brown oil like substance (probably oil…) but don’t really know where it connects to ! Help me out !!

Looks like one of the hoses that connects the exhaust manifold to the A.I.R. system.

If you have headers with no provisions for the AIR components, then there is nothing to connect it to.
