I love teh sound of the stock exhaust, just wish it was 5 times louder...so thas what i did. Put headers, off road y-pipe, a single high flow cat, and ran through the stock muffler, and ive had numerous complements on it. The sound has the same rumbles, but a lot louder without the borla rasp or slowmaster blurble. The stock sound is awesome, just not loud enough, hehe.

damn it i thought i was the only one willing to do that. I love my factory exhaust. I'm a WS6 so mines a little louder, but still not enough. so ive got TPiS LTs waiting to go in with a random y pipe.
any idea how much power your giving up running through the factory muffler? thats one of the other reasons im doing it that way. id like to find out just how restrictive it is.
