I've used PCMforless before and would recommend them.

Either is a good choice, I use pcmforless for my mailorder tuning, but have had some other dealings with madz28, and due to geography am considering having him dyno tune my car, he is a lot closer than pcmforless.

Don't know about madz28 but I've pcmforless did a great job on my tune. I'm running a 236-245 cms cam on the stock bottom end and before tuning it wouldn't even stay running. After I put the piggyback/chip in the the idles great, never dies, and i noticed a huge sotp difference. After the tune all the cam surge was gone as well. I have to give them my vote.
