LT1 nitrous?

Hey guys, my buddy has an LT1 and just recently bought a nitrous works wet kit! Do any of yall have the jet/hp specs??? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

It depends on what he sets up to spray. Anywhere from 50-100 shot on a stock motor. 150-up if he's got a forged motor, new fuel pump, tuning, ect. 150 shot is a toss up but more risky on a stock motor.

I disagree.

Granted a fully forged bottom end will definitely handle the stress a little better (a lot better really) than a stock engine. But I have a completely stock engine, with bolt-ons, and have been spraying a 175 shot at it for over 5 years now with no problems.

An upgraded fuel pump is definitely needed, and I would give the car a complete tune up before even installing the nitrous kit.

I'm not saying that if I can do it, anybody can. What I'm trying to say is that when nitrous is installed and used properly, it is a safe power adder. BTW, my car is a daily driver with almost 185,000 miles on it

Thanks guys for the info, but what is the jet table for the horspower. Like my cobra jets are 46 and 40 for a 100shot, what are the jets for his to make his desired horsepower, its a nitrous works wet kit! THanks!
