Default Mac mids vs JBA shorties & tune question

My current exhaust set up on my 95 6sp Z28 is JBA shorties w/ jba y-pipe and flowmaster exhaust. I just ordered the Mac 1 5/8s mid length hedders w/ ORY, and SLP dynomouth as well as an ASP crank pulley. Will i see a noticable difference by changing to this new exhaust set and crank pulley? Any input would be helpful. Also would a mailorder tune/ HPP3 tuning tool be just as good as a dyno tune or should i just get a dyno tune? Thanks guys!

Or check out PCMforless. They do "mail in" tuning. Supposed to be the next best thing to a dyno tune.
