jack, spare, rear seats, sway bar, my buddy took off the foam underneath the nose(bumper) of his Formula, get an aftermarket hood, AC compressor & accesories, get all suspension parts that are tubular (LCA, K member, etc...) ..... whatever you dont need you can get rid of....

ya everything he said, but keep in mind when you take that much weight of an LT1 you realy make it look crapy, and if its a daily driver i hope you think that what you are doing is worth it because when you start taking a/c and power steering it becomes a bad car to drive

200-300 lbs is quite a bit of weight for something he might drive everyday. My car is still full interior and we're looking to have it down to about 3100lbs or so with me in it..... I've taken out all the HVAC stuff under the dash, passenger side and drivers airbag are gone (wheel is aftermarket now), tubular k-member, upper/lower ca's, drag brakes from Aerospace components up front, QA1's, no front bumper support or swaybar, lightweight seats, fiberglass hood.... Manual brake booster and manual steering rack as well as removed wipers and wiper motor..... I'm thinking all of these parts all added up should be close to 300lbs less overall if not more...... I think k-member, control arms, qa1's and lightweight brakes is over 130lbs....

I know the box with all my old crap weighs a TON..... But I don't drive my car everyday either... it's very streetable just a lot louder than when it was stock and i only drive it in good weather.....
