Default New headers

I am looking for a little bit bigger of a header for my car. Does anyone know what the latest and greatest header is?? I am currently running hooker super comps 1 and 3/4 inch. Money is NO object. Any recomendations or info regarding horsepower increases would be wonderful. Running stroked AFR headed lt1 with bmr k member. THANKS!!

Maybe talk to Kooks and see what they can do with a custom header. Why are you wanting a larger diameter header? What is your setup, does it really justify using something larger than what you have? Do you still have cats or a restrictive catback? S/C and if so how much boost?

Personally I'd look at freeing up restrictions post-header rather than going with hogged out 2 1/2" primaries. If you need it open, why not go with a cutout?

I'd go with the kooks stainless 1 7/8 step header. They're nice.

1qwklt1, Kook's manufactures a 1-3/4" x 1-7/8" with 3" or 3-1/2" collectors. You can bet your last dollar these headers can handle whatever most can throw at them, and you don't need adapter plates. Nick "Kook's Headers"
