This aint no customer service counter at walmart. If you mean swap, yes, it is possible, worth the money and time, not at all. Is it better just to sell the LT1 and buy the LS1 if thats what you want, yes.

its fairly involved doing the swap. it would be cheaper to get an LS1 car and put the Lt1 front end on it if thats the look you want.

How easy is it to put the front bumper and rear bumper of a 98+ on a 97 Formula?

Rear is easy. Just need bumper and tailinghts. Front you would need the bumber, headlights, bumper styrofoam, and all headlight brackets as well as fenders and hood.

rear bumper covers are the same. you can't just put 98+ nose on, you need fenders, hood, lights etc. unless you wanted it to look stupid

its easier to swap front ends than it is the change over kmembers. well for most people anyway. if yove got a lift and all that jazz then maybe it would be easier for you to swap engines.

I don't know why anyone would want to put a LS1 in a LT1 anyways, it's unoriginal. LT1's aren't completely useless, they make some good power if put together right.

Build the LT1 , I thought about switching over to but the money to make it right is out of hand, just go buy an ls1 car and trade/sell the lt1.

WHY switch??? On our last dyno day we had a guys B4C LT1 pull 3 less hp than me. He had a few bolt ons and I had a lid and catback
me= 309rwhp, 329 rwtq
him= 306hp, 348tq (CAI, LT's, cutout,!cat, 2800stall, delteq ign system)
DON'T underestimate the power of an LT1, so many LS1 ppl do.

Exactly. The LT1's are very very underrated and underappreciated. They are good engines and they do make power. Stick with the LT1.
