Default Whatcha Think

Whatcha guys think. This has been an ongoing project of mine for a while now but am now in the final stages. Tell me whatcha think so far. I have a fuel cell in the back as well and a pretty modified dash, but no pics yet. I will post those at a later date. Give me some suggestions so that I can possibly change things before the car is running and I don't feel like working on it anymore.

P.S. This is a completely wired and plumbed engine compartment. That was my main goal, to have a clean engine compartment.

holy crap, that's clean...i don't understand how you got it so clean... all the wires are in? how is this possible. I also like the intake filter... do you have a ram air hood?

Well, the wiring is done from scratch. Everything is all handmade and run through the frame rails up to the headlights. All the other wiring for the engine goes straight from the injectors to a hole in back of the manifold through the firewall. The fuel lines go straight down the center of the transmission tunnel (I know, it is not the safest thing if my transmission explodes).

No I don't have a ram air hood but I did run better times with this filter, than I did with the K & N cold air filter kit.

Wow, that's incredible! Nice job. It makes my AIR pump removal and hose rerouting look pretty lame...

Headers and Exhaust. Believe it or not the motor is bone stock. I dry sprayed an 80 shot (I couldn't find the 100 pill the day I went to the track, DUHHH) last year and ran a 12.20 @ 120. On street tires with a 2.12 60'. That seems pretty damn good mph for a stock lt1, so I don't know what the heck I did, but it seems to be working out ok for me. I am curious how much she weighs though. I am saving the motor work for the last thing. I prefer to build everything else up first, and leave the motor for last.

looks great. did you do a Painless setup with the wiring or what? that's what i'm doing with mine to get rid of all that mess. on thing i'd change is those cheap looking ball milled valve covers for some bowtie or sheetmetal ones. otherwise, as stated, NICE!
