what next?
All right I'm trying to make my 94 ta a hot street , solid strip car I've got pacesetter longtubes, richmond 3.73's, k&n cai, flowmaster catback, and an underdrive pulley. Looking to get a higher stall converter soon, not sure what one yet and then a cam and some head and intake work, anyone have any ideas on the next step I should take?

A drag radial and a GOOD stall. If u dont get a good one now u'll pay later. And remember to match the stall to wat ur planning on doing not want u currently have. No need to spend a ton of money on a converter twice
Definitely. Depending on how hot you want to make it here are some options.
Basic- off the shelf cam (gm847, cc306, etc) and basic porting, 3000 stall, and stickies mid 12's depending on 60'.
Intermediate- Lloyd Elliot LE2 or LE 3 package. Matched stall, sticky tire, weight reduction.....12 flat to mid elevens based on driver...60' etc.
Hot Street (sizzle)- SBC 2.2 heads converted for reverse flow by LME or similiar, solid roller cam custom built by crower or comp cams etc, 3500+ stall, sticky tires, weight reduction, hogged out LT4 or Edelbrock Victor Intake manifold setup for fuel injection. 11.0's- low tens depending on how aggressive setup/tune is.
Add 150 shot of N20 to this and expect .5-1.0 sec et reduction. Remember any of these combos will need a tune to perform well along with a shift kit, tranny cooler. A 12 bolt or 9 inch is in the near future along with a heavy duty tranny rebuild/ TH400 with a trans brake.

Yep...or comp cams will grind u one and so will crower. If your gonna do that...I would just do a Lloyd Elliot package. No guess work there...just dyno/track proven performance. Plus he can tweak the cam specs for your preferences. LE3 would be sweet on any LT1 IMHO.
