It means that, most likely, that the hp and torque curve graphs were not on the same scale or the dyno is messed up. HP is just a calculation from the measured torque.

Is that the lift with the 1.6 rocker? I am concerned about my piston to valve clearance with a 560 565 lift cam.It will be a 597 602 with 1.6 rockers. This is with stock ported unmilled heads and stock deck height.did you measure your clearance?

410 RWHP and 350 RWTQ through a 4l60 vig converter unlocked and 4.10 gears, torque seems low but SOTP tells me different, along with many 3rd gear burnouts around town =D switchin those 4.10s out soon, too much for a car that peaks at 6300.

Sorry, I have been away from the forums for a while. I have a 93 so no MAF. It was open throttle body with the hood open and a 230v fan blasting right at it. I tucked the IAT sensor away next to the water pump for that run. The stock cat back was still on.

I later found out that it was running ~13.8:1 A:F @ WOT in that configuration. Lean is mean until you blow it up...

Default mustang dyno

does anyone know if ford dyno's make a difference than any other? just a rumor I heard. my 95 camaro with SLP loudmouth I and K&N cold air made 265 horse and like 300 torque? is that weird or are there any variables I am missing? The car runs like new, there is only 50k miles on it but I didn't know if anyone else out there was more informed than me?

there are 3 common dynos, a dynapack, dynojet and a mustang dyno. you are probably talking about a mustang dyno.

Default Mustang dyno

What are the differences? Are they significant enough to notice?

fresh 355 w/ nitrous ready rings, ARP hardware, 58mm Holley TB, ported intake, ported heads, bigger SS valves, decked, 1.6RR, Lunati 60122 cam, ASR electric WP, Hooker LTs, ORY, GMMG, stage 2 T56, spec 3, billet steel flywheel, 1LE DS, stock 3.42s. MSD Billet Opti.

made 408rwhp and 383rwtq while hiccuping at 4800rpm and dropping power at 6500rpm.

Going to clean MAF, change plugs/filter and wait so it's NOT 100* and redyno. Hoping to hit ~420hp and 390tq. I want to make sure the tune is straight before spraying. Probably looking at a 150+ hit.
