Tough to be exact, but the autos are much weaker. The 4L60E can withstand mild bolt ons, but anything beyond that, they suffer. You can beef them up substantially, but after I blew up my 4th or 5th L60, I swapped in the T56 manual and havent had trouble since. So, I know the T56 holds up to at least 500 or 600 HP. Ive heard rumors of holding up to 700-800 HP, but I think that would really be pushing it!

that almost seems an almost too good to be true price right there to get around 390rwhp. but damn. still a good price and a hell of an hp gain at the wheels period. it is a complete package right? has all the parts and whatever else needed to install?

Well it is just the heads, cam, and valvetrain. You will still need LT headers, exhaust, throttle body, a good tune, gears, a stall if you're an auto, and a few other bolt ons to get those numbers.
