Question header bolts

Well if getting the old manifolds out and getting the long tubes in the slot werent bad enough, when i went to bolt the header on the damn bolts dont clear the tubes!!! Im having problems with two bolts on each header. I bought Kooks 1 3/4 LTs and they didnt come with new header bolts so i assume you reuse the stockers. Is this true? If not where can I get some new header bolts thatll fit. Let me know if you need any other information. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Car is a 95 formula if that matters.

I used ARP 3/4" long stainless hex head bolts from my local parts store. They have nice compact 3/8" heads that cleared my Pacesetter 1-3/4" primaries fine. Good luck.
