Exclamation Would like to see the strongest stock/built355/383/396, H/C LT1/LT4 cars out there!!

If you could please post up what motor "displacement", heads and cam combos,trannys,bolt-ons and power adders your running and what kind of power your making and what your running at the track. I would like to see everyday peoples daily driver combos to see what is happening in the LT1 world. I would also like to see a lot of Lloyd Ellietts work that is out their.

Well, if you post this again in a month I can give you a few answers...

My combo has changed (was a 396 cubic motor), due to rust issues awaiting my heads from AFR then from LLoyd. Our fault...sometimes even a sealed engine with oiled down cylinders can go bad...live and learn..Anyways, my Lloyd ported AFR 210's will be cranking on a new combo soon.

Jimbob...No more 396

Mines nothing special, Just a little ol' 396 with set of used redneck heads . It only makes about 700 on the motor right now.

Shout me a pm with questions and I'll se what I can answer.

Back to original thread, this car actually started out dead stock and was a hc car that made 353 at the wheels and went 12.96 @ 110. That gives you an idea for your poll. The heads were ported byme and were nothing special maybe 230cfm at that.

I'm the world's record holder for ET with the stock A.I.R. system still fully on the car.

Ran a 11.90 at 115 with my 355 LT1. Just swapped in a Pro-Fab K member, and removed the pesky AIR system. So, with 50 pounds off the front, I'm ready to go back to the track soon.

With this extremely hot weather, I'm not expecting any gain, however.

That's awesome. Nearly a second faster than my NA best. I'd have to spray a 100 or 125 shot to match that. Of course, the T-brake helps. What does your car weigh?
