Default Will these heads hit with my GM 847 cam?

I know there low budget heads, but I dont feel right dropping my cam in with no head work. Unfortunately i only have about 1300 to spend. well here goes nothing they are Trick Flow 195cc intake ports,75ccexhaust ports, and 62cc combustion chamber.Assembled heads include 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves. It says they are good nitrous heads my 847 cam is supposed to be a good nitrous cam im planning on spraying a 150 shot. will I make good power? part number TFS-30400010

Thanks in advance,

Hector Gutierrez

Read the full description they spec those heads for strokers and blowers. The will drop your compression and with a cam like that if anything you need to increase compression to help maintain low end throttle response. On a 350 I think you would be much better off to have stocker ported. MAYBE if you contact someone like Lloyd Elliot he could get you one head to replace you damaged one and port them and you would come out cheaper than aftermarket and with better flow than as cast aftermarket heads.

If I where to get Lloyd Elliot stage 3 heads you guys are confident my LT1 will be a beast. You think I can go low 12's with LE3 heads and a gm 847 cam?

depends on the rest of the car, most likely yes... but I cannot overemphasize the importance of slicks, a stall and gears!

I have hoosiers 10 inch slicks on pro stars, 4.56 gears, cut out, hooker super comp. shorty headers, manual fan switch, with a 75 shot of nitrous I ran a 12.5 @112 with a 1.9 60ft. I have good amount of bolt on's.
