Sure can, and you wont have to change valve springs at all. It will idle at 650rpm too!.
j/k.........Yes, you will have to change valve springs if there stock. Also will probably have to rais idle to 900-1000 rpm.

also a micrometer too set up the correct height for the spring and a shim kit for use with the micrometer too obtain the correct installed height
the factory stamped steel rockers are junk (IMO) plus you wont obtain full potential of that cam with stock rockers. because of friction losses and lift limitations
starts too penny up doesnt it
a cam as large as the 847, you dont want too skimp on valvetrain components too try and save a buck or 2
