Defiantly Carfax and do your homework on the car, its weird a guy would want to trade that setup for a stang thats not to great,

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'd have it looked over by a mechanic first.

120K on the clock with those mods..I'm thinking the guy raced it quite often, and the motor is probably ineed of some TLC .... Just being truthfull... any car that's been worked like that and has that mileage could benifit from an overhaul. Can't assume the guy didn't rev the hell out of the car. Just make sure it's what you really want. I will say that any moded car is a headache. Becasue you ahve to makesure everything is in order... that's just how this goes. So get the car looked over and make sure it's proper before parting with your pony... if that's honestly what you want to do.

Some people are just mustang people. Honestly, I'd trade straight up for a bone stock Notchback 5.0 5 speed in a ******* heartbeat. I'm a ford guy at heart, I just down own any. My GF does though
