But that changes it from a hemispherical combustion chamber to a pent roof chamber. A hemi-head can only work with 2 valves, otherwise like he said the valves would all be going in different directions, and they would hit eachother without a huge bore to space them far enough apart, or tiny valves.

^^^ What he said. I do even believe the new hemi head while still being somewhat hemispherical actually is some what pent roof head design that was borrowed from porsche.

it would have to be. No possible way for it to be a hemi with 4 valves.
