No not if you just ordered the whole opti. The Cap and Rotor is the top portion of the opti. Basically half of it.

how the hell do i get the balancer off?? I have the 3 bolts off and it will not come....

I have not tried that hard to do it.. I hit. guess im gonna ahve to get under the car with a hammer.
