Default vaccum lines on the opti spark (1995) lt1

does anyone know if the vaccum lines are not hooked up ,will it let the car not run?

If the only vacuum line that is off is the one on the opti is off then the engine should start.

The plastic piece on mine broke and I didn't know it....it ran without a problem for lord knows how long.

I would definately plug it back in so that you can be sure your opti lasts longer.

mines is not hooked up to my intake elbow b/c i dont have a tap kit... car runs fine...

Those are just for the opti venting to keep moisture out, shouldn't affect the way the car runs unless the opti gets moisture in it and can't vent it out.

it will start i dont have them on my blower car
