I never modded my caprice so i can only tell you what i broke...
1 tranny,
1 posi unit,
2 perfectly good tires,
(as you can tell I liked to spin the rears a little to much...)
as for websites:

I like the Dynomax catback BUT it is fairly mild judging by your sig you want something more like the Hooker or louder.

I have Try-y Headers, coupled with Clear Image Automotive hook up pipes, pypes x-pipe, Spintech Pro-streets, dynomax over the axle pipes and some stainless crapass camaro tips. This summer I'm having dumps installed after the mufflers. I have a better sound clip of the car, but here's one someone took while at the track. He was at the top of the stands closest to the right lane and I was in the left lane.

yeah when my dad bought it, they said it was a police edition LT1 caprice, and it has the dual exhaust

looks have never been as important to me as performance has, id rather have somebody tell me my car looks like poop and then smoke em in the 1/4 than have someone say my car looks good, but it takes forever for it to make it to the finish, it has to look ok (no rust, dents, or holes and the same color) though.
Here's a better idea of what my exhaust setup sounds like. His setup is very similiar except he's using different headers, and a different X pipe.
