I think I'll pass on the stall, but I did forget to mention a tune. I think 3.73's would be ideal.

wouldn't the cc306 be a better comparison than the hot cam?

Okay, and with the hotcam. . . am I going to lose drivability/mileage at all? I'm thinking I want something mild since the LT1 is almost fast enough for me as is (and it's lasting). I'll be getting some LT's as well and some LCA's. . . but that's about it.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you will lose mileage and drivability with the HOTcam. The Crane 210/224 cam will idle better and get better mileage than the HOT cam while making the same or more power.

Why? That should have been the first thing you did to your car. Stalls make automatics fly...

They aren't really comparable, they are totally different cams for totally different uses. 847 should be for more heavily modded cars with ported heads, hotcam for lightly modded cars.

And why TF would you ever not want to use an aftermarket torque converter in an A4 car? Are you out of your mind? Best mod for an A4 car out there my friend.
