The cats are made locally by a friend of a friend very similar to the ones from Pypes. I used the Pacesetter Y-pipe and welded the cats in. The cars a 96 TA

I'll give you a few pointers : get good quality gaskets felpro's I used, locking header bolts are a good idea although I didn't use them, need O2 sensor wire extensions, use band clamps on the y to header connections not the crappy ones they give you, get the over the valve cover wireset or you'll be forever replacing burnt wires, need to remove steering shaft to get driver side in can't remember the passenger side. Hopefully that helps and I'm sure others can add in their experiences.

Yea the 02 wire extensions come with the Pacesetters. You just gotta cut em and connect em and solder them I believe. Thunder Racing sells an OTV wire set. I didnt buy an OTV wire set and I prolly should have so hopefully with the coated headers I wont burn my wires. I have everything off of the car ready to put the new headers on except I cant disconnect the steering shaft. How do I DO IT????????????

They give you wire to splice them but unless you solder them properly it affects the signal. If you do lengthen do the harness not the sensor. thunder racing sells a kit which gives you wires, holders and crimping tool. The steering shaft comes off pretty easy.

Theres just a pinch bolt at both ends. Make sure you lock the steering wheel or you can wreck the airbag clockspring. pry the shaft off the rack end it will colapse then pull off the top end. The shaft is master splined so it'll only go back on one way.

i followed the pacesetter directions.
took out headers, y-pipe, air and egr crap, starter, alternator, plugs, wires, intake elbow, MAF, cold air intake tube, battery, dipstick, steering u joint thing, gonna do thermostat thinger tomorrow, had to drain the coolant from the radiator and i drained the oil and took off the oil filter. I thinks that everything. Not too hard tho as long as u got all the tools and penetrating fluid. If u dont have an 02 sensor tool i recommend u get one i got mien at autozone for a couple bucks.
