Default BBK Vs Holley

im on the market for a bigger tb (58mm) im looking at the 2 and all i notice is the $30-70 more it cost to get the holley compared to bbk, My question.. is there a performance edge that holley has to justify paying the higher price or is it just the polished coating that i would be paying for?

Also owners of the BBK did it come with a new TPS? Summit says that it does on it's site, the directions from bbk says to transfer the old one to the new.

Holley is the ****. The bbk is cast and holley is billet. Both are nice but the Holley is a more superior piece. Just my .02

Arizone Speed and Marine Monoblade But a bigger throttle body wont do you much good at all. Most people agree that it doesnt really help until you have done heads or are well into the 400 rear wheel range... Just my .02

I liked the billet holley that I just picked up...polished it up and it looks even greater it's one of those parts that stand out under the hood so I figured I'd spend the extra little to get what I want.

I just bought a Holley 58mm, and I couldn't be happier. I definitely think it's superior when it comes to looks and quality. My car is over 400 RWHP, so I should definitely benefit from it.

did it come with the tps when you bought it? Also guys with the holley did you have to modify your stock tps to work/fit correctly? I remember 4yrs ago on my TPI i has to slot the holes on the tps to get it to work and read the correct voltage is this still the case?

Holley and BBk/Edelbrock flow the same 1000cfm
ASM 58 1050cfm
ASM Mono Blade 1300cfm

Either way you slice it 1000cfm is 1000cfm, get what ever is cheaper(I think the BBK/Edelbrock looks better with a stock intake). If you can get a used one.

Yes i saw that, but i didn't like the fact that you pay for the part and then he will just add shipping and charge the CC without me knowing what my final total is before the card is charged. I ended up getting it from BYUNSPEED for $315 shipped i couldn't pass it up.
