If our intakes were as restrictive as an L98 intake I could see the need for a good aftermarket intake. But considering with a little port work our can handle most NA applications, I don't see a whole lot of value in that intake. Just my 0.02

It's not that guys are just wanting the intake, cause I am in the same situation. I bought some bare AFR 210's a while back and never got around to getting and LT4 intake. If I had the option of an LT1 intake to use with the AFR's then I would do that. But, there is NO WAY that I am paying very much for a stock intake. I'll just get a custom sheet metal or go single plane before I spend a lot on an LT4. I'm anxious to see what the Edelbrock's are going to run.
