i dont think u can get that, a basically stock lt1 runs 13.8-14.0. i have a cam, stall, gears, lt headers, bolt ons, ported intake, cai, ignition upgrade and fuel pump and i run 12.7 @ 107 on motor. with a 75 shot i ran the best 12.5 @ 112, spinning through the 8th.
lets just say u do put a 150 shot on there with ONLY your mods. the stock suspension thats under your car will not let it transfer the weight properly and u will not get optimum performance, and with a 150 shot on nittos u most definately will have some traction issues.
if u did get the nitrous put on and got lca's and relocation brackets, shocks, springs, sfc's and a good set of et streets i can see u pulling some mid 12's. that is where my problem is, i dont have any suspension mods and i cant keep the tires from breaking traction on the nitrous. on motor its fine though.
if i was you i would hold off on the nitrous and get u a good set of headers and a intake to let the motor breath a little bit better. pacesetter headers go in from the top and is the easiest long tubes to install

you can get there with that,i hope you can shift!
there is a night and day difference between a 75shot and a 150 shot, the extra 75 definately is more powerful than a cam.
i tuned on my buddies 94z28 m6,stock 89000 internals,58mm opened intake mouth,stock manifolds,cut out in place of cat,50/50 rear shocks,no front swaybar,K&N air intake,granitelli maf and mad z program.
at 2450' LVMS this lil red z ran 11.78@112 on a 150, it ran 14.00 on the motor
we put jet hots on w/3"y and it ran 13.6 N/A..so it is definately possible
97ws6 conv.
3.73s,2600 stall,slp 1-3/4,2.5"y-pipe no cats,stock pcm,K&N filterws6,125 shot crappy NOS unit ran 12.31@111(stock suspension)no swaybar!

Cheapest way is nitrous..
If you're an auto, I'd recommend an stall and 4.10 gears along with that 150 shot.
If you're a 6-speed, make sure you're tires are super sticky and hope the stock 10 bolt doesn't take a ****.
Headers always helps. Nitrous loves open exhaust.
You'll definately see 12s...11s are very possible too.

Highway MPG with 4.10's is gonna blow with an auto as a daily driver. 3.73's are probably the best for all around performance.

I agree with those supporting suspension mods, your goal is for cheap 11's-12's. And if you put 5k into go fast, and nothing into suspension, your car is going to spin like crazy. I would say get some suspension, sticky tires, stall if your an auto, N20, and a tune... do something to the exhaust. And you should see 11's - 12's under 2,500 dollars or cheaper. Does your car have any bolt-ons? Such as CAI, Muffler, anything? Hard to judge what you need, when we don't know what you have. Most members put there mods and goals in there signature, might wanna consider doing that.

Not getting defensive man. Not at all. Didn't mean to come off like a d!ck. I agree with your statement that 4.10s does affect daily driveability. To me, it affects my wallet more than anything. LOL I filled my Z up last night and drove ~40 miles in town(stop and go), showed off alot and tested out the drag radials from a dig 3 or so times. End result: I used a half tank of gas and didn't go 50 miles. I had fun doing it though.
