Stock there's nothing there, just a back plate with a hole in it. That's the premise of the air foil, to smooth the incoming air.
Honestly it's a useless mod. Although some aftermarket throttle bodies come with them machined into it.

I bought an airfoil off of ebay and for some reason it looks like its a factory oem part but im not sure. It might be for a vette or something. I might be wrong though the part # is a5965 and it is a satin finish.
