About three people, and they fear for their lives if they talk. Well, at least I do.

Yeah... well maybe you know. Lloyd, OldSStroker and I are the only three who know all of the current specs.

Nah, not really. Long story but when you design cams just giving out the specs when they are different is giving out free R&D that I'VE paid for, so that's just dumb. The big deal is not the specs but the results, specs don't mean crap if the setup doesn't make power. If you look around at the LE setups, they do just that.

Leave Bret alone. He will never tell you the specs and there is no need. They are not going to compare to an off the shelf cam anyway, so even if he told you there would be confusion anyway. It's just a custom cam that he designed that works well. What else do you need to know?

The heads on my car were done by Mr. Elliott and I couldn't be happier, he port matched the intake/heads and the heads flowed 228. I would definately use him again!! I haven't dynoed the car yet but, it's putting up damn good numbers at the track last weekend it went 11.65@117 and had a 1.76 60ft on drag radials.

well on his website it says that the LE1 package was like the cc305 cam but makes more power and torque, and i know the specs of the cc305 so i was figuring it something similar to that. what do u guys think about getting the LE1 package or should i just pay the extra money for the LE2 package? i kind of like the idea that SSTROKERACE had about getting the LE2 heads and just getting the LE1 cam if LE will let me do that.

This might be a stupid question, but it's been bugging me recently as i'm trying to plan for my car's future. Are his prices on his website WITH heads, or is that the price with me sending mine out to him? Also, when it says "ready to bolt in" does he mean it comes with rockers, pushrods, and lifters, or just the assembled heads? If that is the price with me sending my heads, does anyone know if he offers a core charge? and if so, how much? thanks

"cam doctors are a great asset" so is a degree wheel. Then again once you buy one you can see what they are, first you have to get one in hand. LG does the same thing with LS1 cams.

You can do any combination of heads and cam. The LE1 cam is compared to a CC305 so you have a general idea to what the cam is, but in no way is it the same.

As for the prices... that's sending cores in. As for rockers, guideplates, lifters and pushrods, no they don't come with it. The heads are ready to BOLT on meaning the springs are setup and you have to BOLT on the rockers, studs etc....

u send him your heads and he completely re-does them, and it all depends on what package u get. im not exactly sure on the rest of that cause i have only just got a hold of him and im in the process of getting the whole scoop myself.

kainzien- what package did u get, and why did they only flow that much, thats not much over stock.

I see you're in florida... maybe i could pick them up? i live in longwood. I'm REALLY on a budget, so i would like to spend about $200 for a set. $250 shipped if you're too far away. It would be about 4-6 weeks before i could get them, because i need to buy tires for my new wheels, unless i sell my catback before then.

my aunt lives in melbourne... i'm in longwood(by orlando). I'll convince her she needs to come visit, then trick her into picking up the heads for me. If not, can you find out how much it would be to ship them here(shouldn't be too much, i shipped a pair of cast iron heads to texas for $60, they weighed 80 something pounds). What condition are the heads in?
