Mid Length Headers?

Note that many of the low cost short and mids are only 1-5/8 primaries, this could be a future bottle neck. I also have the AS&M style. it's a tight fit, but with 1-3/4 tubes and no ground clearane problems, I'm happy.

You have to making some serious hp before 1 5/8 headers are going to be considered a bottleneck. The fact that your using shorties and mids instead of long tubes are going to be an issue way before you have to worry about going up to 1 3/4 sized primarys. Which brings me to the next issue, this whole long tube debate everyone keeps getting hung up on doesn't make any sense either when you think about it. You put long tube headers on a car and then put on a y pipe. IMO the long tubes just became pointless. If your going to do long tubes, go with true duals or don't waste you time.
