Default LongTube pictures

Does anyone have any pictures of their longtubes, i am just curious on how the ground clerance is. I have a eibach prokit and not sure how long tubes will like it. I'm going to most likely but some longtube pacesetter if they fit good. Also wondering if I can have the longtubes then just have 2 flopro twister mufflers welded right off the header. If not then I will go with the same set up as everyone else.
Thanks,Josh

I am there with you, I have a Eibach Pro Kit, and I am scraping the Exhaust already in some places. I have to take speed bumps sideways. I am putting in Hooker LT's, with their Y pipe, so I will be close to the ground. Then going back into what I currently have, the Cat and a 3" Dynomax Bullet dropped infront of the rear axle.

I have the pacesetter lt's with custom y pipe, i will get pics later, but being that the ride is stock height i have no problems with scraping, i can go over speed bumps straight on just slow. I am looking into lowering it as well so not sure how that will work out.

I have the sportlines and pacesetter LTs. Speed bumps are out of the question, but i wouldnt say the car is any more of a pain in the *** than before the headers.

Depends on the roads I guess. Where I am, they are pretty flat.

Anyone have any pics that they can get, so I have an idea. I guess a few scrapes and sparks is the price to pay for having a badass setup, if you don't rip it off...

Lowering and longtubes are not a good combination. But, the Pacesetters will probably give you the most clearance if you really want to try. I have no problems with speedbumps or high curbs with my SS at stock height. Being lowered, you're probably better off getting mid-length headers to avoid the scraping issue. Here's a picture of my Pacesetter y-pipe that I added cats to. It kind of shows how high and tight the Pacesetters are to the floor. The car is up on ramps in the picture so it's tough to tell the clearance.

So Pacesetter LT's are giving you better clearance than a Hooker set would..

What is hitting the floor boards, the Headers or the Y pipe-
Also, did some of you have to extend the wiring for the o2 sensors-

The y-pipe will hit the floor bracing on the driver's side when you nail it. Evne with new motor mounts and 1/2-3/4" clearance the y-pipe gets tourqed up and clunks on the bracing. I'm using rear O2 sims and O2 extensions for the front O2's.

It was either Jegs or Summit. They are made by Caspers Electronics.
