Do I need to tune it at once or things can wait?

Do I need to tune it at once or things can wait? the reason I'm asking, is that I don't think its a good Idea to take a zero miles motor and tranny to the dyno, here is what's done to the car:
Motor:
over hauled.
.020” over size pistons.
high volume oil pump.
home ported heads/intake (nothing big only match port).
Installed Hot cam.
1.6rr's and springs (Hot cam Kit)
LT headers and cat back. (no cats)
58mm BBK throttle Body.
Moroso CAI.
Free mods.
replaced Fuel lines, cooling lines, all sensors..etc.
transmission:
rebuild and added transgo shift kit.
TCI Breakaway Torque Converter 2400.
can I drive the car normally in the break in period (thinking of 1000 miles of break in) and not worry about tuning or do i need to tune it the day i crank her up?

I'd get it tuned. Even if it was just a mailorder tune. Many engine builders dyno their engines right after assembly. I'd be more worried about running the engine without a tune than putting in on the dyno.
I'm far away from the states, the mail order will take along time ti arrive and I really cant wait to drive the car, I've got it in Jan and haven't driven it 200 miles yet.
Dyno tune is my only option here.
