All that extra stuff adds up to why it made that power.... I do think you can get 360+ out of a motor that's a stock bottom end and make more TQ than what I did with JonA's setup, I have more info under my belt now so I can make some more power everywhere with that info.

As for one of my cams thats for sale, if I know the orginal owners name I will know the specs on it. It is a billet core camshaft.

$300 is not bad at all, I was thinking a lot more but I guess I'm wrong. What else would be required besides just the cam? Do you have to get new valve springs and 1.6 rr's and the whole works or can you just get the cam? Also do you have to pull the motor to put the cam in? How hard is this whole process and If I were to get a cc306 and nothing else will I be fine?

you need to get valve springs also.
rocker arms... you could get by using the stock ones...

dont have to pull the motor, but it is a pretty envolved process.

personally i would go with something other then the 306 if your going with stock heads. you can run something smaller and still have the same hp... and better driving manner.

When you do a cam the right way... and I don't sell them if they are going to be done wrong you need:

7/16 Studs
Pro Mag Rockers
4130 1 Piece Pushrods
Matching Springs, Retainers and Locks for the Cam
New Timing Chain

That's the minimum.
