couple updated pics of my car, plati dipped the hood until I can get the car painted and also installed a spintech 2OTL catback this spring

thanks man! I love it over the magnaflow that was on the car, very quiet and tame with no drone while cruising around and then really wakes up when you get on it.

^Car sounds awesome and I like the way it looks! I'm torn on wheels down the road, I've thought about going the route you did, versus doing Fiskes or whatever. RTS look good!

thanks! I love the welds, I just suck at keeping them clean lol they need to be cleaned and polished really bad which I will be doing this winter when they come off for storage.

LT1 prob

I'm new to this site so still getting use to this. I recently replaced the heads and head gaskets to a T/a due to a blown head gasket . Now The car turns on perfect but when it hits its temp it starts smoking from the exhaust manifolds. I've worked on carbed, tbi, vortec, and ls based engines but hardly any lt1's. so any advice would be appreciated.

to start off, this is a multimedia/picture thread so not the place to be asking tech questions. go back a page and you'll see the tech section of the lt1 forum and you can post your question there. but to save you some time, sounds like there is probably some excess coolant or oil on your manifolds that is burning off from the gasket change. just run it until the smoking goes away.
