It is/was made by 6LE, called the super car bumper. I know 2JAWZ has one and a couple other guys on here

Default my 95 z28 6 speed
bought car last month i have already done a 315/35/17 tire on rear and 275/45/17 on front i also just did a cai, long tube headers, slp flow booster, and a tunercat which ive yet to play with due to finding out my ecm has a short. already ordered a new one and patiently waiting on its arrival. o and i just installed a new to and 10% tint. saving more money then i have to do some trans work syncros are shot from first to second gear and whines in first gear. i do all work my self. and im new to this thread but have been on and off here a few times looking stuff up. just waiting to save some more money and ill be doing more upgrades. this is my first lt1 car so if u got any cheap tricks to go faster lmk. i already did throttle body bypass btw. thanks for looking, and looking forward to hearing everyones thoughts

I hadn't considered utilizing the driving light openings but after seeing yours I may reconsider. Can't wait till you paint that car it's gonna look awesome.

thanks man! yea I have a set of the 98-02 foglights with very simple brackets I made out of scrap I had laying around. best part was they plug right into the factory lt1 foglight connectors too!
