I had a "cadillac" cam installed at speed inc. car puts down 325 to the wheels with stock heads. It sounds totally stock which is good I suppose but that loping sound is SOOO nice
But I had to worry bout emmisions so this was the best route. You can always give Larry a call or email and he can tell ya more about it I'm not much of a mech thats why they did the work

The car made 330 rwhp , but I do not recall the torque though it was good. The car sounded and drove like stock and had great low end. I am sure with heads and full exhaust you could see 350 ish rwhp.

My Z made 337 RWTQ and had GREAT low end grunt. I still have the dyno sheet showing the before and after of the install which included the cam and shorty headers with high flow cats.

Those are good #'s but Im surprised no one has mentioned the Crane 227. Its pretty damn quiet, and puts down serious track times too. I know a few members on here run it and from the vids I've heard its pretty docile.
Here's the dyno graph and a vid. Doesnt sound like it has a cam at all...

It should make 350whp with all boltons, maybe a bit more?
i had the 227 but with shorties, headwork, and a flowmaster. didn't sound stock at all. sounded pretty mean actually. maybe with manifolds and stock mufflers its a different story though.

It was awesome. It was just too bad i had knock like a **** the whole time i had it so i didnt get the most out of it. still it ran great. if i had fixed my knock problem back then it would have definitely been a 12 second car. i reccomend it. also in case it hasn't been mentioned already this cam held the cam only record for a while.

i sold the 227 to asandman who is a member. you may want to hit him up and see how he likes it.
