hey Im fixing on to get a 383 Stoker kit on My 95 Trans am....
Would this fit????
does it need anything else for it to work?

Just out of curiousity, why aren't you upgrading to forged pistons? That way you'll be set for a power adder at some future point.

As a kit, it's pretty complete, but I don't think it will work because you should have a 1-piece rear seal and this crank is set up for the older style 2-piece. You would have to run an adapter.

If you go that route, you should have the rotating assembly balanced - see if the assembly can be internally balanced. You'll have to clearance your block for the stroker crank.

Just some quick thoughts.

exactly...lt1's have the "early" style 1 piece rear main and are internally balanced not externally

No it will not work.Do some more research on kits for that LT1. www.strokerkits.com look for 1piece seal for LT1's. O and get a good balanced kit cause I tried to get one of the kits off of ebay and I had hell getting the right one.
