Dynatech Coil Ignition
if you meant delteq like i said its a mixed debate.. some have great luck with it and others dont. a buddy of mine had it on his turbo TA and he told me it started failing due to the amount of heat in the engine compartment.. other have stated that it just wouldnt work period on there cars... but some others seem to love it...
i just got my new MSD opti... so im going to test it first and see how this bad **** works out...lol...

Ok, so I guess it'n not worth the work really. The car is already setup for the Opti, and that works good 90% of the time if it's a 95 and up, so might as well run with it.
there was a HUGE write up about the delteq and LTCC on lt1tech... thats one of the guys that didnt have any luck with it... im going to try the MSD opti, its going on the car next weds. so we will see how it performs... time to put the myth to the test....
Good stuff. I think mine is a new one from the previous owner, he said it was tuned up at 80,000 miles. I bought it at 93,000, and when we did the Cam, that thing looked like new. Hopefully it lasts for a while...

Ok. You combined the delteq with the dynaspark lol. This is what I have http://www.dynaspark.net/index.htm It's been proven unlike the MSD and accel and does it's job greatly as a opti. I dont see the point of obd1 guys with minor mods jumping straight to the Delteq or LTCC. That's alot of money to spend on something that wont give you more power. I think those setups are more for people who need to spin the opti higher or people that will be putting it through alot of stress. Remember you still need a good working opti for those two setups to work, at least the high-res pulse. The dynaspark is also rebuildable and has a warrenty. Just some things to think about.
