Default need pics of your intakes, not the manifold but the actual intake tube

looking to do a custom intake. In the GMHTP, the one guy is not running a elbow and his MAF if right in front of the TB. Any one else running a different intake besides the elbow. Lets see some intake pics!!

there are usually 4 types: standard cai (K&N, slp etc), Ram Air, Home depot plumbing ghetto intake and LS1 lid conversion.

ls1 lid conversion huh........... do i need a diff hood for it? any pics of the conversion?

will that fit under a stock camaro hood thou? And not a ram air hood.

the ls1 style intake wont fit under a stock hood.... and you need to use "ghetto home depot plumbing" to do it.... so i dunno what that guys talkin about.

Hi, this caught my attention as I was going to post a thread like this awhile back. But would SLP air work with a hood like this?



I'm looking into purchasing that hood in the near future and was curious if I can do the "SLP home getto" install with this one?

Thanks! A guy at the shop I work at made it... it's a 3.5" dia. 90* tube, and a 3.5" 45* tube butt-welded together, then powdercoated black.
